Staff Selection
Screened for employment history, training, and criminal background.
Insured against theft.
We provide continual education, CPR and first aide training to enhance skills.
Supervised by licensed Social Workers and Nurses.
Our Aides are certified after a 40 hour initial training course.
Home Care Aides
An exceptional care experience requires much more than great caregivers. That’s why every client at Compassionate Heart Home Care Services gets a dedicated Care Team—available 24/7 if needed. By working collaboratively and drawing on our experience, we’re able to anticipate changes in care needs, prevent avoidable issues, and enhance the overall care experience for our clients and their loved ones.
Our Case Managers
Our case managers are all licensed social workers or registered nurses. The role of the case manager is to discuss the needs of the individual and determine how we can best serve those particular needs.
Case managers are always available by phone and will periodically do scheduled home visits to re-asses your needs and determine how we can better help with the changing times.
